The DeWalt DWE 4257 angle grinder features a speed selection dial via the knurled wheel for material-specific work. The electro-mechanical clutch ensures increased user safety; furthermore, the DeWalt angle grinder is equipped with a safety switch to prevent accidental start-up following a power cut. The built-in overload protection prevents the motor from burning out by switching off during overload operation. A special ‘Jetstream’ cooling air guide from DeWalt effectively protects the motor from abrasive dust particles. The angle grinder, with its vibration-damping auxiliary handle, is particularly well suited for safe and fatigue-free working, whilst the tool-free quick-adjustment guard enables versatile use. An epoxy-resin-armoured winding increases the motor’s service life, and the self-switching carbon brushes ensure a longer motor lifespan. The DeWalt DWE 4257 has a very flat gearbox housing for trouble-free use in confined spaces. The motor, with a very high copper content, delivers greater power, and the special flange nut guarantees easy and safe disc changes.
