Product Description:
The Festool TSC 55 KS cordless plunge saw combines Festool’s decades of precision and reliability with modern battery technology. Thanks to its brushless EC-TEC motor running at 5,200 rpm and powerful lithium-ion batteries, it delivers maximum cutting performance, which is particularly evident when used in combination with the 8.0 AhLi-HighPower battery. The 1.6 mm thin-cutting blades, specially developed for cordless saws, enable rapid work progress, extended battery life and particularly clean cutting results, supported by optimised group teeth. Maximum safety is ensured by the sensor-based KickbackStop, which reliably prevents kickback during sawing and when plunging into the material, whilst precise mitre cuts from –1° to 47°, a convenient FastFix spindle lock and the compact, well-designed construction make everyday work easier. A transparent viewing window offers an optimal view of the saw blade, and in combination with guide rails, angle stops, a saw table, dust bag or light module, it creates a high-quality sawing system that enables fast, precise cuts in a wide variety of panel materials without time-consuming preparation
