The Makita UC016G cordless chainsaw is an extremely powerful, brushless professional chainsaw designed for demanding tasks on building sites, in gardens or at holiday homes. With its high chain speed and tool-free chain adjustment, it combines maximum performance with a high level of user comfort. Its power output is equivalent to that of a 42 cm³ petrol-powered chainsaw, yet the UC016G operates emission-free, quietly and with minimal maintenance. For maximum performance, we recommend using Makita high-output batteries (BL4040F, BL4050F, BL4080F, BL4080H). Alternatively, a PDC battery pack with a 40V adapter can also be used for extended running times at high power. Thanks to its low weight, the saw sits comfortably in the hand. The adjustable, automatic chain lubrication system with a large oil tank, as well as the large oil filler opening with a sight glass, allow for easy monitoring and maintenance. The main switch with automatic shut-off function protects the battery and prevents accidental start-up. For use in challenging conditions, the chainsaw is equipped with WetGuard (IPX4) and eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT), which offer enhanced protection against dust and water.
