The Metabo RC 12 18 32 W BT DAB+ cordless jobsite radio is the perfect choice for anyone who doesn't want to miss out on rich sound and functionality on the jobsite or when travelling. This powerful DAB+ radio offers clear reception and a wide range of stations thanks to DAB+ and analogue FM reception, with eight presets available for each. An outstanding feature is the integrated charging function for battery packs and mobile devices. Battery packs can be charged in mains operation, while a USB-C charging option and wireless induction charging are available for smartphones. SplitSound technology makes it possible to expand the sound volume by synchronising the speaker of a second radio. The radio is equipped with Bluetooth, enabling wireless music playback from smartphones or tablets. An AUX-IN connection also allows the connection of wired music sources. Flexibility is offered by operation with all Metabo sliding seat battery packs from 12 to 18 volts or in mains operation. The robust plastic housing fulfils protection class IP 54 and is therefore splash-proof, dust-proof and shock-proof. Another practical feature is that each metaBOX can be stacked and coupled, allowing it to carry up to 40 kg. An integrated bottle opener provides additional convenience. Another highlight is its compatibility with the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), which means that the radio can be combined with all 18V battery packs and chargers from CAS brands.
