Technical Data:
- Drive type: Flexible shaft drive, straight grinder
- Application recommendation: For easy replacement of the sanding sleeves, pull them on and off with a slight clockwise rotation. Keep the abrasive sleeve holder clamped in the tool drive. For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 20-30 m/s. Use grinding oil suitable for the material to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools. For a secure fit of the abrasive sleeve, observe the minimum speed of the abrasive sleeve carrier.
- Machinable materials: Fibre-reinforced thermosets (GRP, CFRP), aluminium, malleable cast iron, brass, bronze, cast steel, copper, grey/spheroidal cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS), hardened, tempered steels over 1,200 N/mm² ( 54 HRC, steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (For commercial use, please observe the building regulations!
