Technical Data:
- Drive type: Straight grinder, flexible shaft drive
- Application recommendation: For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 20-30 m/s. Use grinding oil suitable for the material to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools. For a secure fit of the abrasive sleeve, maintain the minimum speed of the abrasive sleeve carrier. To make it easy to change the sanding sleeves, turn them slightly clockwise to fit and remove them. Keep the abrasive sleeve carrier clamped in the tool drive.
- Machinable materials: Grey/spheroidal cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS), malleable cast iron, brass, bronze, cast steel, cobalt-based alloys, aluminium, hardened, tempered steels over 1,200 N/mm² ( 54 HRC, steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC), thermoplastics, copper, fibre-reinforced thermosets (GRP, CFRP)
- Machining tasks: Roughening, deburring, levelling, surface processing, fine grinding in stages, weld seam processing, edge processing, sharpening

- Safety instructions: The maximum permissible peripheral speed is 30 m/s. For safety reasons, the specified maximum permissible speed must never be exceeded. Do not allow the abrasive sleeves to protrude beyond the abrasive sleeve carrier.
- Advantages: Maximum efficiency due to particularly high material removal and high aggressiveness of the abrasive. Secure fit of the abrasive sleeve on the abrasive sleeve carrier due to expansion of the carrier during use. Outstanding service life thanks to special manufacturing process - even under the toughest operating conditions.
