Product Description:

The Procraft RWI-300 welding inverter is designed for manual welding using the MMA process and is suitable for a wide range of welding tasks in a compact design. Thanks to the use of IGBT power transistors, the device is permanently stable and trouble-free. The welding current can be regulated in the range from 20 to 140 A, allowing the parameters to be set to suit the respective workpiece. Welding electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 4.0 mm can be used. The current welding current is clearly shown on an LCD display. The hot start, arc force and anti-stick functions are available for an easier start and a smooth welding process. The RWI-300 works with a mains voltage of 220 to 240 V at 50 Hz, has a power consumption of 4.5 kW and achieves an efficiency of 80 %. The IP21S degree of protection supports use in typical working environments. With a weight of 5.2 kg, the appliance is easy to transport. At 40 °C, the Procraft RWI-300 achieves a duty cycle of 40 % at 140 A, 60 % at 99 A and 100 % at 76 A, in each case with the specified voltages. For practical use, the cable lengths are designed for mobile work, with a 2.2 m welding torch cable and 2.8 m electrode holder cable. The scope of delivery includes a welding shield, a cable with electrode holder, a cable with earthing terminals and a wire brush with integrated slag hammer. The device is supplied in a cardboard box.
