Thanks to IGBT power transistors, the device works continuously, stable and trouble-free. The welding current can be regulated in the range from 20 to 160 A so that the parameters can be set to suit the respective workpiece. Welding electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 4.0 mm can be used. The currently set welding current is clearly shown on an LCD display. The hot start, arc force and anti-stick functions are available for an easier start and an even welding process. With a power consumption of 5.3 kW and an efficiency of 80 %, the RWI-320 is designed for practical, economical use. It operates at 220 to 240 V at 50 Hz and has an IP21S degree of protection. The device weighs 4.8 kg and is therefore easy to transport. At 40 °C, the Procraft RWI-320 achieves a duty cycle of 40 % at 160 A, 60 % at 113 A and 100 % at 87 A, in each case with the specified voltages.
