Product Description:

The Procraft RWI-400 welding inverter is a powerful and versatile welding machine for manual arc welding using the MMA process and enables a wide range of welding work on steel and other metals. It was developed for users who value reliable technology, simple operation and flexible application options, both in the manual and semi-professional sectors. Thanks to modern IGBT power transistors, the welding inverter works stably and trouble-free over the long term. The welding current can be precisely regulated in the range from 20 to 200 A so that different materials and material thicknesses can be optimally processed. The use of welding electrodes with diameters from 2.0 to 6.0 mm enables a wide range of applications. The currently set welding current is clearly shown on an LCD display. Functions such as hot start, arc force and non-stick function make it easier to ignite the arc, ensure a stable welding process and prevent the electrode from sticking. With a power consumption of 7 kW and an efficiency of 80 %, the Procraft RWI-400 offers a balanced combination of performance and economy. The device works with a mains voltage of 220-240 V at 50 Hz and is therefore suitable for use in standard power supply systems. At 40 °C, the welding inverter achieves a duty cycle of 40 % at 200 A, 60 % at 163 A and 100 % at 126.5 A, which enables reliable continuous operation even during longer welding jobs. With a weight of 8 kg, the device remains mobile and easy to transport. The IP21S degree of protection ensures basic protection in the working environment.
