Product Description:
The Power-Press is designed for creating press connections for all common press fitting systems on steel pipes, stainless steel, copper, plastic and composite pipes. Thanks to the press pliers/press rings made of forged, tough and hard, specially hardened special steel, they are highly durable. This enables a thrust and pressing force of several tonnes for flawless pressing in a matter of seconds. The automatic locking of the pressing pliers and the automatic return after the pressing process is complete (forced return) provide the user with additional safety. The radial press impresses with its powerful electro-hydraulic drive featuring a high-torque 21.6V cordless motor with 380W output, a robust planetary gearbox, an eccentric piston pump and a compact high-performance hydraulic system. REMS Li-Ion 22V Technology sets new standards in terms of cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. It enables the user to press in a super-fast 4.5 seconds and provides 50% more power than 14.4V batteries. The anti-vibration system ensures low-vibration, fatigue-free pressing. Thanks to its compact and handy design, the Power-Press can be used anywhere – freehand, overhead, and even in particularly tight spaces. The matching quick charger ensures short charging times for the 10.8–21.6 V tools. The heavy-duty press pliers for nominal size V (e.g. for copper such as Viega Profipress, Sanpress, Prestabo...) are made of forged and specially hardened special steel. The pressing contours of the REMS pressing pliers are system-specific and correspond to the pressing contours of the respective press fitting systems. This ensures flawless, system-compliant and secure pressing. They feature a high-precision, machined pressing contour with exact rounded edges, resulting in significantly lower manufacturing tolerances than with cast pressing contours.
