Product Description:

The Rothenberger ROMAX NANO iJAW pressing jaw set includes the TH contours 16, 20 and 26 mm and is ideal for system-compliant pressing on plastic pipe systems, whereby each pressing jaw communicates with the pressing machine in real time thanks to the integrated RFID tag, is uniquely identified and all pressing processes can be saved directly on the jaw so that they can then be read, sent and archived via the ROTHENBERGER app. Thanks to the DURA LAZR TEC process - a partial laser hardening process in highly stressed areas - the iJAW generation offers significantly increased hardness, minimised wear and reliable contour accuracy, which, in combination with forged special steel, leads to a doubled service life compared to the predecessor model. Optimised corrosion resistance ensures quality over the entire service life, while the synchronised mechanism makes opening the pressing jaw particularly convenient and enables one-finger operation. The set also impresses with a weight saving of around 40 per cent compared to standard pressing jaws and precisely manufactured contours for safe, clean and durable pressing.
