The easyTorque adapter provides controlled screw tightening and simultaneous safety for electrical applications. The torque adapter ensures process safety during application and thus prevents material damage and rework. Moreover, the easyTorque insulated adapter ensures a secure hold for 75 mm slimBits and is also compatible with all slimVario products. The handy adapter turns both the slimVario screwdrivers with bit holder and slimVario Stubby electric and the LiftUp electric screwdriver with bit magazine into a torque tool in no time at all. An audible click and the turning of the yellow ring and the red adapter in the opposite direction indicate that the torque has been reached. With a release accuracy of +/- 10%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The easyTorque adapter is individually tested as standard according to the international standard IEC 60900 and allows safe working on live components up to 1,000 V AC.
